ATOMS Career Vision test

The name "ATOMS" is an acronym that represents the six key behavioral types evaluated by the test: Adventurer, Supporter, Mediator, Theorist, Originator Artist and Originator Entrepreneur. The test is designed to explore your inherent traits and preferences, providing a clear picture of how these align with various career paths. Model

The ATOMS Career Vision test operates on a model that recognizes that every individual has a unique combination of strengths and preferences. By evaluating where you fall within each of the three domains, the test can identify career paths that are most aligned with your natural tendencies. The model assumes that:

Balance and Integration: Everyone has a mix of traits from the opposing types within each domain. For example, you might have strong Adventurer tendencies but also possess some Originator qualities. The test helps you understand how these traits interact and which careers would best utilize this balance.
